Brief: Create a modern, minimal brand identity for a flavourless collagen supplement designed to be added to coffee. The branding should: Feel premium yet playful, standing out in the wellness space. Incorporate “Sydney, Australia” as part of the aesthetic direction.


The Approach

Tamba is a flavourless collagen supplement designed to seamlessly dissolve into daily coffee without altering its taste or texture. The goal was to create a modern, approachable, and visually distinctive identity that would stand out in the health & wellness space while evoking the laid-back, lifestyle-driven feel of Sydney, Australia. The brand aesthetic was built around a soft millennial pink and deep mulberry colour palette, striking a balance between warmth, sophistication, and contemporary minimalism. The result? A coffee-inspired identity that feels as smooth and effortless as the product itself.

The Execution

I designed a playful yet premium identity that connects coffee culture with wellness, ensuring Tamba feels aspirational yet accessible.

Logo & Iconography: The primary logo icon takes inspiration from the moment a scoop of collagen drops into freshly brewed coffee, creating a natural splash shape that subtly resembles a coffee drop and a heart-like symbol—symbolising self-care and indulgence.

Mascot & Visual Language: A simple, friendly coffee cup character was introduced as a sticker-style graphic, adding approachability and lifestyle appeal to the brand. The mascot is used across packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials, creating instant recognisability and shareability.

Typography & Color Palette: The soft, warm pinks and deep mulberry tones create a modern, premium aesthetic with a hint of Sydney’s coastal, coffee-loving culture.

The Impact

The final brand identity captures the essence of Tamba’s effortless integration into daily rituals—a trusted, enjoyable addition to morning coffee. With a strong visual presence, the concept is designed to appeal to wellness-conscious coffee lovers, creating a cohesive, modern, and shareable brand identity that could seamlessly extend into packaging, retail, and digital spaces.
