Brief: Create a bold, high-impact brand identity and intuitive UI/UX for Conversion Wax, a software platform designed to automate and optimise content for e-commerce websites. The branding needed to reflect the efficiency and ease-of-use of the software while maintaining a technical edge. The UI had to be clean and functional, allowing users to schedule, optimise, and personalise their site content in seconds.


The Approach

The brand name Conversion Wax references the phrase “wax on, wax off,” highlighting the effortless process of optimising e-commerce content, while also nodding to “waxing” a sales funnel for better conversions. The logo design took inspiration from the iconic Fight Club bar of soap, representing a tool that streamlines digital workflows.

Visually, the brand was built to stand out in a crowded SaaS space—using bold typography, a striking orange and deep midnight color scheme, and a mix of sharp and fluid design elements. A set of dynamic stickers and callouts reinforced the ‘Wax On’ messaging, enhancing the brand’s personality across marketing materials.

For the UI/UX, I developed a structured dashboard interface that simplifies content scheduling, optimisation, and A/B testing across global regions. The user experience was designed for efficiency—allowing users to automate site updates without requiring design or developer input.

Logo & Wordmark: A strong, confident custom wordmark with a companion ‘C/W’ monogram, offering versatility across different platforms.

Dashboard UI/UX: Created an intuitive interface that allows users to effortlessly schedule and optimise their content in seconds.

Marketing & Web Design: Designed front-end website and digital assets that clearly communicate the benefits of the platform to e-commerce businesses.

Brand Guidelines: A fully developed brand system, ensuring consistency across digital and print applications, including color palettes, typography, and iconography.

The Impact

The brand identity and platform UI successfully positioned Conversion Wax as an essential tool for e-commerce brands, allowing users to automate tedious tasks and focus on high-value strategy. The bold aesthetic and intuitive dashboard experience ensured the product was both visually appealing and highly functional, enhancing adoption among online retailers.
